About Glendale
Glendale is located along the Milwaukee River and has a population of 12,872 residents. It is surrounded by many different communities including Whitefish Bay, Fox Point, Shorewood, Brown Deer, and River Hills.
Glendale has one of the most renowned school districts in the country with Nicolet High School at the forefront of it all. Within the district there are also the Glendale-River Hills K4-8 system and Cardinal Stritch University. This provides kids with education opportunities from the time they enter preschool up until college graduation. Within the city there are also two well maintained parks in the Milwaukee County Park System: Kletzsch and Lincoln Park. The Milwaukee River runs through both of these parks and offers the opportunity for the locals to hop in a kayak or a canoe and go explore the river.
